Daniel Abdala won the men's individual title and Jesse Alvarado finished fifth for Mt. San Antonio College in the 4-mile final at the California Community College Athletic Association state cross country championship meet at Woodward Park in Fresno. Abdala clocked 19:52.4 and Alvarado ran 20:21.3 for Mt. SAC, which was edged by San Diego Mesa College by a 50-66 margin. Abdala became the first male athlete from Mt. SAC to capture the individual title since Manny Fernandez in 2017.
