Hannah Brown of Mt. San Antonio College finished fourth in the women's 5-kilometer final at the California Community College state championship meet in 18;40 at Woodward Park in Fresno. Brown led five Mt. SAC scorers in the top 25 overall to lead the Mounties to their first state team title since 2017 with a 63-79 victory over Hartnell College.
